And here is the summary of what we think about the case. Pros:
- Stylish clean design, black inside and out
- Awesome cooling - 2x200mm and 2x120mm fans, the top 200mm being quite powerful is also under full control
- PSU is on the bottom of the case
- Water cooling ready
- Interesting top panel, eSATA connector attached to regular SATA, whole 3 USB 2.0 connectors plus audio
- Lot's of space for 5.25" and 3.5" devices
- Roomy inside especially for Mid-Tower class case
- Anti-vibration padding in key locations, especially nice feet
Cons:
- Many fans equals to LOTS of dust
- No other colour variations for the fans, nor a Silver variant of the case or one without window
The case made us happy in many ways. The big fans provide ample airflow through component making the case quite suitable for configurations with powerful CPU and more than one video card. The all black design, blue lights and the window on the side that might not please everyoneно was just right by us. The price of the case is around 100 Euro, and for that much the competition is relatively weak, supplying much less in functionality, cooling and looks. Besides, if you're real enthusiast you'll surely appreciate the openings for water cooling hoses, which are rare with mid-tower cases, especially at that price. We can confidently state that unless you have special demands of the case looks, this NOX Coolbay HX is absolutely excellent choice that will not be regretted upon.
