This complicated mod is Thomas Fan's doing. The front LEDs mimic the vehicle fron the homonymous movie and you can see a movie at the bottom link. Unfortunatelu, Thmoas didn't provide plans how to make your own Knight Rider mod, but concerning the theme, you probably would like to add your personal touch.
